Learn computer hardware and software components; PC set-up, maintenance, recovery, and troubleshooting; and basic networking.  Complete CompTIA A+ hardware and software certification exams, required for many entry-level computer service technician positions. Bring your basic computer skills and a desire to learn.  

Discover Project Management as a proven process and tools for managing your individual work and leading your team’s projects. 

Learn the five competencies needed to become a Lean Enterprise, the skills for supporting and executing events, and coordinating work teams. Learn why the Lean-Agile mindset is effective in today’s organizations and in demand worldwide and how you lead a Lean-Agile transformation.  Eligible for SAFe® 4 Agilist (SA) certification, this training is best suited for participants with experience with Scrum and experience in management, business analysis, retail product management, product development, IT software development, or similar.

Learn how to deliver increased business value amid disruptions.  You will learn the skillsets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise and the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs.  Best for participants with experience in using Agile or Lean principles.  

In this three-day class attendees explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs)—and learn how to build a high-performing ART through servant leadership and coaching—by becoming a SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE). Attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe® enterprise.

Learn how to continuously improve your agile efforts, processes, pace, and results.  Focus on agile testing techniques and strategies for those familiar with Agile principles and have working knowledge of software and hardware development processes. Eligible for ICP-TST on the Agile Testing track. 

Examines development of multimedia from a production standpoint. The process of transforming conceptual designs into actual projects is explored. Students study the management function of those tasks associated with the business end of development. Teamwork is emphasized throughout the course.
